CREEPINGNET'S WORLD
TRON DEADLY DISCS (M-NETWORK)
Tron was a movie created by Disney in the early 1980's where Jeff Bridges was a programmer hacking into his creation stolen by his former company - which is basically a Virtual Reality playground with all the ills of mankind and some Sentient A.I. Master Control Program nightmares. Anyway, M-Network (Mattel) released games under license around the movie annd one of the most popular releases is this one: Tron: Deadly Discs.

**SPOILER** - It's based on a scene in the movie where Bridge's Character "Flynn" plays a deadly "game" where you hurl discs at your opponents and they have to avoid them. Basically, the same thing here, you hurl discs at your opponents who exit out of newly spawned doors in the walls, then you close those doors by hurling discs at them. For once, I think I found a Hockey Game I can get on with.

Anyway, Tron Deadly Discs is one of those M-Network cartridges (Mattel) that gets a lot of high praise in the Atari community, and thusly I decided to give it a chance, liked it, and decided to take it home with me. This game was one of those cases where reproducing the full Arcade game experience (there is a Tron Arcade Game with ALL of the little games in it) was just not possible so they split it across multiple cartridges, kind of like how they did with Star Wars.
Hockey for the Vaporwave Age - My Experiences
I picked this up because I tried it out at Cap'N Games after spending about 2 decades listening to reviewers and players online talking about how "great" is is, and truly, it is great. I don't have a lot to say, but it's a good game to put on some FM Attack, or DJ Ten and go to town racking up a high score with.
