Shadow of the Ninja 1990, Natsume, NES/Famicom |
Shadow of the Ninja, originally released in Japan as Yami no Shigotonin Kage (闇の仕事人 KAGE, The Dark Operative: Kage) and later released in Europe and Australia as Blue Shadow, is a side-scrolling action game developed by Natsume for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) in 1990.
The game takes place in a dystopian future New York City where a Ninja is hired to assassinate a dictator. Basically it's an action platformer with martial arts moves and a almost 3-D like quality to it in that the player and move between multiple layers of background scenery. I recall this one being quite popular, and the hardest part about finding information on this one is that hte 400-in-1 has the JAPANESE release of the game which goes by the name Kage, The Dark Operative - not Shadow Warriors.Catchy Tagline - My Experiences Videos Other Stuff |
