Tengen Tetris Hack by Nice Code software made sometime in the 1990's during the whole Pokemon craze. It's basically just Tetris with PikaChu/Pokemon as the theme of it, and not really much else going on otherwise.
These kinds of weird hacks are pretty common to the various bootleg game consoles such as this "Sup 400-in-1" game system. Basically the hack just put's the popular character Pikachu in the middle of the playfield for Tetris.
