Chinese Chess is a Family Computer based rendition of the classic Chinese board game, and one of the very very few original games Micro Genius released. Micro Genius was a company that released many "Famiclones" or "Famicom Clone" consoles, mostly manufactured in China, starting around 1990 or so. This makes this a unique addition because Micro Genius was mostly known for altering or even just outright reusing other people's games on their devices and multicarts.
