Starting in the early 1990's, China started really ripping off Nintendo products en-masse with cheap copies of the Famicom and NES. These usually included weird hacks and bootlegs of pre-existing games. This is one on the internet Ic ould not find anywhere. It's sort of a weird clone of "Jackal" but with Chip & Dale Rescue Rangers characters.
Basically, we play as one of the Chipmunks wandering around some kind of Desert Storm type scenario and ocassionally getting in various vehicles, with Monty being our Commander. I'm willing to bet this is a hack of some other game, but I'm not sure what, or if it was, even if it was somethign what was not a Japan exclusive or something from outside the U.S.A. That said, I'll keep digging on this one and report more as I find out more and have more experience with it.The Kult of Kooky Kola & and their Kooka Kola Kult Kartel - My Experiences So my first experience with this game, was ON CAMERA, on YouTube, playing it in the first Sup 400-in-1 video. This came up and if you remember, I superimposed a part of the Kooka Cola Cult episode over it. I made up my whole own plot to the game right htere on the spot. The Kooka Cola Cult is at it again, this time with a cartel trading the addictive soda pop on the black market. It's up to the Rescue Rangers Special Ops unit to take down the cult and hold it's leader Jim Cola Jones accountable for his crimes against creature-kind. Gadget managed to spend about a year and half sneaking around a cat-free military base to accumulate the skills and technology (and maybe a few disused GriD Systems Laptops) to build mil-spec technology for hte Rescue Rangers to carry out their mission. They also have help from Team Jackal, the Green Beret (Rush'n' Attack), and the tanks from Tank 90 as well.....gahhhh! Videos Other Stuff |
