Not much is known about this excvlusive Japanese Release (which was later hacked and released by Nice Code software as the game "Blocks Puzzle" or "Blocks World"). I'm only guessing on the 1989 release date. The only immediate info I could find was on a Famicom wikipedia page listing it as being released by "Sun Team Electronics".
