Basically put, this is like Tapper, except it takes place in some weird F-list Cartoon universe where the people are anthropomorphic animals. You get to play as the bartender whose for some reason a naked dinosaur. And this place is anything BUT busy, you get like, 2 patrons at a time, and you don't even see them drink their drinks, they presumably are pocketing in them - either that or this should have been called "Speed-Urine Samples" and you're really just making these suit-clad Cheetahmen pee into a cup to make sure they stay off drugs after their crash from Action 52-failure-dom.
