A hack of Saboteur - Level 2 was hacked to create Butterfly (VT02), Contest 2004 (VT02), Masked Man II (VT02), Spider-Man 2 (VT02), and Unwonted Space (VT03). It was extensively altered to be much easier. Some versions alter the controls so the player can only move in four directions as opposed to eight.
