Honestly, on the 400-in-1, this is listed as "Lighting" and honestly, I was almost expecting someone dumped the contents of Action 52 on this thing and this was Illuminator (aka Mr. Game and Watch's Nightmare World), Turns out it's LIGHTNING - as in GREASE LIGHTNING. Kind of odd since the cars in this don't look ANYTHING like a 50's Mercury, Chevrolet, or Chrysler Product - but rather something like a Children's version of Blade Runner. Going off the screenshot, it looks like a guitar pick racing a Isuzu NPR Box Truck with the pickup bed on it!
