FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY'S
3 REVIEW
aka. FNAF FROM THE ADULT PERSPECTIVE - PART III: Getting Wheezed At by an old Dead Geezer in a Bunny Suit
FNaF 3 was one of those games I never really bothered to get that much into. For starters, it was not all that scary, actually, I kind of find this one hilarious ina "Bugs Bunny" sort of way. And I'll tell you why.

I feel like this was the first part where the series started Jumping the Shark, but that appearened to be intentional because Cawthon was just following what 80's horror movies did it seems to me. You had one or two that were "serious" - then you had that third or fourth sequel that took it a little further. This one decided let's set the story in 2023 (this year!!!) and talk about a horror attraction based on the resturant's urban legends within the game's lore, and their stupid idea to put the old electronics from the old places in this new manmade hellscape.

But the short review of it was that I never really dug this one that much as a player, but it was fun to watch on YouTube because you have a wheezing old zombie geezer in a bunny suit (Springtrap), Freddy walking around outside the office like a disabled old man in the middle of a warzone totally nonchaulant to the chaos going on, a bunch of PTSD visions of the old animatronics looking like they'd been at the bottom of a dumpster for 30 years, and a bunch of death Minigames that seemed to slightly upgrade to Tandy 1000 or at least Atari 800 in quality.
THE HISTORY OF FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY'S PART III - OLD MAN AFTON THE GEEZER BUNNY WHEEZER
So just like clockwork, on the heels of FNaF 2's success, we got FNaF 3, originally intended to be the final chapter as the minigames and the various story elements suggest. FNaF 3 was a bit of when the series seemed to wane a little bit, and I've read Cawthon was a tad dissappointed at people making fun of Springtrap rather than finding him scary.

However, the slightly less hype did not slow the game down, enough, and of course, we got a 4th installment.

FNaF 3 seems to usually rate low on everyones list these days and does not get as much attention, which also this page should kind of suggest as I have not talked about it much.
