CREEPINGNET'S WORLD
SIM TOWER
Sim Tower was another one in a long line of "Sim ____" games by Maxis. This one came out just a little after Sim City 2000, and was somewhat of a strange premise. Basically, you are constructing your own sustainable "tower" - think of something by some kind of real-estate tyrant like Alonzo Hawk from Herbie Rides Again (Hawk Plaza), or Donald Trump (Trump Tower) - except now YOU can change it from these kinds of places being run by men of low moral fiber, and instead run by the best candidate for the job - YOURSELF. And you don't need to knock down a Firehouse or have a future failed political career to do it!

In Sim Tower, you construct a "tower" - a skyscraper basically, starting from the lobby down and upward. This includes adding food courts, motels, business space, office space, apartments, security, laundry....anything a self-sustaining tower structure might need. On top of it, you get metrics to go with it to help you with your design and construction decisions, it's pretty neato. During which you can see all the people running around and even name and/or track various citizens, employees, and whatnot, and make notes on them. I have not explored this one fully yet, but it's pretty darned cool!

SimTower is one of the lesser known Sim titles that gets less notoriety than the bigger games (Sim City and The Sims).
CreepingNet Annex - My Experieces
This was one of the earlier Windows 3.1 compatible games I downloaded from an Abandonware site on the internet in the 2000's, and it became a mainstay. I liked it because it was one of those games like Sim City or The Sims where I can just relax and take my time world building, rather htan spending my time strategizing or frantically doing something.
